Matt Hampson Trust
 Matt Hampson is known all over the country as the inspirational figure who has given hope to people going through a rough period in their lives, the guy who got injured but wouldn’t take it lying down.
Matt Hampson Trust
 Wooden Spoon is rugby's charity supporting mentally, physically and socially disadvantaged children and young people. Spoon has committed to over £12 million in spending for projects for children and young people. It has organised over 1,500 events and had 20,000 ties worn by its loyal members and supporters. Hardworking staff and volunteers have achieved all of this since the birth of the charity.
SPIRE The Spire Rugby Trust was created on 1st January 2008 through a merger of the RFU Charitable Fund and SPIRE (Support Paraplegics in Rugby Enterprise). The charity will continue to support the needs of players who become seriously injured playing the game. In 2007, the charity gave grants of over £193,000 to individuals and organisations.

Child Victims of Crime
The Child Victims of Crime Tag Rugby project is an initiative that was developed to promote children's safety, health and welfare and to encourage their social inclusion and community involvement.
The project also helps to bring local communities together by enabling police forces to get involved with local schools and work with them to improve community relations.
It is through this project that Child Victims of Crime circulates its free child safety publication "Tackle Safety".

 The Rugby Football Foundation is a Charitable Trust established by the Rugby Football Union whose purpose is to promote and develop community amateur rugby in England. The Foundation is responsible for a substantial community rugby programme which includes the provision of rugby development officers, the training and development of referees and the production of coaching and technical material.

PRA Benevolent Fund
The professional game has sadly had to come to terms with the tragic deaths of Nick Duncombe, Soa Otuvaka and Chris Mallet due to fatal illness, and the traumatic injuries of Andy Blyth and more recently Matt Hampson. Through the PRA Benevolent Fund, the PRA are able to assist players with the necessary medical costs, as well as provide a support network which the player or family can turn to for advice or encouragement.  The Tag Rugby Development Trust is a unique charity that takes volunteers to developing countries around the world to teach tag rugby to underprivileged children.
Volunteers come from all walks of life but have a common aim: to provide kids with their rights to play, to be educated and, most of all, to have fun.
You don’t need special kit, and nor do you have to be a qualified rugby coach. TRDT will provide any training and will use your existing skills appropriately.
